Our trees are sourced from local venders which are sustainably sourced from local farms in Ontario. We partner with growers who prioritize environmental stewardship and renewability, ensuring that every tree cut down is replaced with a new one planted.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Toronto is free for orders over $150 within 10 km of the nearest pickup. For orders under $150, a small delivery fee of $10 every 5 km applies. Exact rates and options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy?

This is Treeliveri first year in business and we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If your tree does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Delivery fee of $15 every 5 km will be applied.

Do you offer any other holiday decorations?

Yes, we also offer a range of wreaths, garlands, and holiday decor items that can be added to any tree order. Check our website for the latest selection and pricing as they become available to order
